Parisima Talent is seeking a Tech & Digital Talent Partner for a 6-month RPO engagement in Riyadh. You’ll be embedded onsite with a leading client and play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process for technical and digital roles. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, build relationships, and deliver high-quality hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Digital roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple sourcing strategies.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Use data and reporting tools to track recruitment activity and KPIs.
Act as a Parisima brand ambassador while delivering value onsite.
Requirements:
2-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Tech or Digital hiring.
Previous experience in an RPO, agency, or internal TA environment.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills via platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Based in Saudi Arabia or open to relocation.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
