What You Will Be Responsible For
Technical Ownership: You create detailed technical specifications, tech packs, and measurement charts for all Knit garments and ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
Fit & Development: You work closely with Designers during prototyping, lead fit sessions, and fine-tune technical details to balance design vision with manufacturing performance.
Quality Ownership: You oversee the quality and consistency of knitwear products across development and production, making sure all styles meet our brand standards.
Interface Role: You act as the technical link between Design, Development, and Production, ensuring seamless industrialization and resolving challenges related to yarns, knit structures, and construction.
Process Optimization: You continuously explore new knitting technologies and industrial processes, always aiming to improve quality, feasibility, and margins.
What We Are Looking For
Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Knit Design, Textile Engineering, or a comparable field with a strong technical focus.
Your Strengths: You have in-depth knowledge of knitwear construction, yarn properties, knitting techniques, and production constraints. You think analytically, solve problems hands-on, and keep both quality and commercial targets in mind.
Your Profile: You bring 6–8 years of experience in technical engineering within Knit, ideally in a fast fashion environment. You work confidently with PLM systems and technical drawing tools, collaborate easily across functions, and stay responsive in fast-paced development timelines. You are fluent in English, Spanish and/or German is a plus.
