Responsibilities
- Support the Buying and Planning team to establish the optimal commercial assortment for the North America business.
- Develop seasonal product assortment strategies that align with planning sales targets, SKU counts, productivity and product trends.
- Review product assortments with the Buyer to ensure integration of brand vision and protect historical volume drivers.
- Partner with planning to manage the business through in-season analysis and tactical adjustments.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with planning and digital teams as well as vendors.
Requirements
- Customer, marketplace and product expert.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and retail math comprehension.
- Effective cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
