Monnalisa is an Italian luxury children’s fashion brand renowned for its creativity, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experience. We are seeking an experienced Temporary Sales Associate to support our Beverly Hills boutique during a peak business period.
This is a temporary opportunity for luxury retail professionals who can step in confidently, deliver Monnalisa’s signature elevated client experience, and contribute immediately to sales performance and store presentation without a long-term commitment.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in luxury clienteling and can quickly adapt to Monnalisa’s brand aesthetic and service standards. Prior experience in high-end fashion retail is strongly preferred, along with a proven ability to engage discerning clientele and drive results from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing personalized customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the Monnalisa brand story, heritage, and collections.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM.
- Partner with the team to create a welcoming, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects Monnalisa’s luxury image at all times.
- Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and understock organized and replenished.
- Assist with receiving merchandise, inventory management, replenishment, and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion retail experience, preferably in a similar sales role.
- Proven success achieving individual sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong luxury clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, polished, and adaptable with a passion for luxury retail.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
