We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative and fun-loving team members and are looking for Temporary Sales & Merchandising Assistant to come join our New York based headquarters. Our HQ Office is located in Lower Manhattan and the team is on-site 3 days per week.
This is a temporary position working 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM through November 2025.
Position Overview
The Temporary Sales & Merch Assistant will work closely with the Merchants during Market prep and with the Senior Account Manager to build and execute strategies to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand, where appropriate, and maintain optimal relationships with customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist Merchandising Team with showroom duties: unpacking samples as they arrive, organizing samples, showroom set-up for market, and ensuring the showroom is always ready
Assist Senior Account Manager with managing men’s and women’s major wholesale accounts
Track and update regularly the status of POs, shipments, inventories and ATS; accept, input, track and follow-up on orders
Compile weekly selling reports data from retailers and update style selling report weekly
Analyze weekly selling and current sales to identify sales trends and suggest potential actions or callouts
Own NuOrder: set up line sheets for market, partner with merchandising on compiling all info needed
Enter seasonal market orders and ensure all information is accurate
Compile and manage all e-commerce images, pdp, video and copy to accounts
Contribute to and create presentations and line sheets for market by classification, materials, colors and deliveries; keep updated and maintain archive; manage the showroom calendar
Partner with internal customers and colleagues including Production, Operations, Merchandising, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of goods
Assist with general duties, including assisting other AE on the team
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
1-3 years related experience and/or internships with Fashion/Apparel brands
Strong analytical skills and proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, NuOrder, and 7th Online

Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented and outgoing
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented and meticulous
Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 3 days per week
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr
