Kinks Tents and Event Rentals is a small business in Effingham, IL. We are an event rental company that rents equipment for special events. This equipment ranges from tent rentals and installation, Tables, Chairs, Dance Floors, lighting, and inflatalbes. While we do work on hard deadlines, the schedule itself is fairly flexable.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled forman/manager to join our team. As a foreman/manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing event rental projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong construction, project management, and leadership skills.
Duties:
– Manage all aspects of event rental projects from start to finish
– Review and interpret orders and deliveries.
– Coordinate with customers and owners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
– Monitor projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
– Collaborate with event planners and customers to ensure project specifications are met
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in project management, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
