The ideal candidate will excel in designing made-up and new developments, proficient in creating CADs for products such as cushions, throws, rugs, bathmats, poufs, among others. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required to execute designs effectively.
Responsibilities:
Stay updated on industry trends, textures, and design innovations.
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various soft furnishing products.
Develop CADs and prototypes that align with market demands and brand aesthetics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and production readiness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in soft furnishings design or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for design creation.
Strong understanding of textures, materials, and current market trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects concurrently.
2)Job Description: Asst. Merchant – Buyer Interaction & Production
We are in search of a skilled Merchandiser with direct buyer-handling experience, adept at managing sampling and production processes for various products.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, ensuring their requirements are understood and met effectively.
Oversee sampling processes, ensuring timely and accurate creation and delivery of samples to buyers.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of buyer orders.
Monitor production schedules and quality standards to meet buyer expectations.
Proactively communicate with buyers to provide updates and address any concerns or queries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within a relevant industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage buyer interactions and maintain strong relationships.
