- Create original print and embroidery artworks aligned with seasonal themes and designer's brief.
- Develop repeat patterns, colorways, and placement designs for various fabric bases.
- Prepare production-ready artwork files with accurate color separations and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain textile dockets, including fabric details, design codes, color references, construction specifications, and production notes.
- Ensure timely delivery of design developments and documentation.
Qualification, Experience & Skills (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or equivalent course.
- 3-6 years of experience in womenswear textile design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of printing techniques and embroidery processes.
- Good knowledge of fabric types, repeats, and textile construction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
