Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile Engineer located in Kanpur. The Textile Engineer will be responsible for overseeing/planning manufacturing processes, conducting research and development (R&D) activities in the textile usage with sourcing activities of textile, and ensuring product quality and innovation in the production of PU soles.

Manufacturing Processes knowledge
Research and Development (R&D) experience
Understanding of the Textile sourcing
Knowledge of Textiles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field
Experience in footwear manufacturing is a plus
