Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Textile Trainee Engineer to join our team. The position is full-time and based in Navi Mumbai, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and Vapi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with Marketing / Merchandising/ Operations/ projects and problem-solving while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities
Assist senior in the development and implementation of textile and related activities of merchandising for collaboration of international & domestic traders.
Conduct research and analysis to improve efficiency and quality in textile production.
Collaborate with production, dispatch & quality department for execution to ensure new season creep & bid.
Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document and report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all engineering activities.
Provide innovative solutions to mitigate production issues and enhance product quality.
