Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Manager to lead our presence on TikTok. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content that aligns with our brand and drives audience growth. If you’re passionate about short-form video content, have a deep understanding of TikTok trends, and love telling stories through creative visuals, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for TikTok.

Create original video content that showcases our products, services, and company culture.

Stay updated on TikTok trends, audio, and algorithm changes.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging.

Monitor engagement and analyze content performance metrics.

Manage the TikTok content calendar and posting schedule.

Engage with the TikTok community and respond to comments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing TikTok or similar social media platforms.

Strong video editing skills and a creative mindset.

Deep understanding of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and best practices.

Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills.

Experience in content strategy, brand voice, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

A portfolio or examples of successful TikTok content is a plus.

Familiarity with no-code platforms or tech industry topics (a plus).

Strong research and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
