We’re building a new sun-protection fashion accessories brand in Indonesia, from anti-UV masks, arm sleeves, umbrellas, to sunglasses.
Our goal is simple:
Find what content actually sells and scale it fast.
We’re not just looking for someone to “make content.”
We’re looking for someone who can test, think, and win on TikTok.
What You’ll Do
- Create, shoot, and edit short-form TikTok videos
- Develop hooks, scripts, and content angles that stop scroll
- Test different visual directions:
- Hijab style, Korean look, Chindo look
- Sporty, office, outdoor lifestyle
- Explore trends across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and competitors
- Continuously experiment and improve content performance
- Help optimize product visuals (photos, thumbnails, video angles)
- Build a content reference library for scaling
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, scripts, and improve workflow
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently produce high-performing content
- Test multiple content angles every week
- Improve key metrics:
- Hook rate (first 3 seconds)
- Watch retention
- Click / conversion (TikTok Shop / e-commerce)
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in:
- TikTok / social media content
- Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce
- Able to shoot and edit videos independently
- Strong sense of visual taste & audience preference
- Understands TikTok trends — and why they work
Can explain:
- “Why this content works / doesn’t work”
- Fast learner, organized, and willing to experiment
- Open to learning and using AI tools
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with TikTok Shop / Shopee / affiliate content
- Are comfortable appearing on camera
- Have worked with KOLs / creators / models
- Have basic English communication skills
