This role will be heavily focused on TikTok, including TikTok Shop, live selling, short-form video and community growth.
Role:
You will be responsible for helping plan and deliver regular TikTok LIVE sessions, creating content that feels current and engaging, and supporting the day-to-day running of our social channels.
Alongside TikTok, you will help develop our Instagram presence through Reels, stories, posts and community engagement, with the aim of building a recognisable and trusted brand within the lash and brow space.
This is a hands-on role, so you will need to be comfortable filming, editing, presenting, planning and getting involved in the commercial side of social selling.
Main Duties
· Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
· Host and support TikTok LIVE shopping sessions.
· Prepare products, offers and talking points for live selling activity.
· Manage TikTok Shop activity, including product uploads, promotions, flash deals and general Seller Centre tasks.
· Deal with TikTok Shop queries and issues, including customer order problems, refunds, missing parcels and platform support requests.
· Track content performance and use insights to improve future posts, lives and campaigns.
· Spot trends, sounds, formats and content opportunities that are relevant to the brand.
· Work with the wider team on product launches, campaigns and promotional activity.
· Engage with followers through comments, DMs and community interactions.
· Assist with influencer, creator and user-generated content opportunities.
· Keep the brand’s social channels consistent, active and visually engaging.
· Bring forward new ideas for content, campaigns, live selling and audience growth.
The Person We’re Looking For
· We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident working in a fast-moving social media environment.
· You should have a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, especially what makes fashion content perform. You do not need to have done everything before, but you do need to be willing to learn quickly, take ownership and be comfortable being visible on camera.
· Skills and Experience

· Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms.
· A strong understanding of short-form video.
· Confidence filming and speaking on camera.
· Good editing skills.
· A good eye for visuals, lighting, composition and trends.
· Strong written communication skills.

· The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
· A genuine interest in fashion and social media-led brands.
· Confidence working in a busy, evolving environment.
· Desirable Experience
· TikTok Shop or live shopping experience.
· Previous livestream hosting experience.
· Experience working with influencers or content creators.
Experience helping launch or grow a new social media account.
