JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a TikTok Live Operator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Live channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for live content planning, livestream coordination, and driving growth through innovative engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product arrangement and inventory to ensure livestreams are well-stocked with suitable items for sale. (Experience in fashion, jewelry, skincare, or cosmetics is a plus.)
- Oversee daily operations of the TikTok Live channel, including planning live content, organizing events, and scheduling broadcasts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content creators during livestreams, providing real-time support and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics and generate reports, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, user behavior, and platform updates to develop new content ideas and event concepts.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, including product selection, product arrangement, sales pacing, giveaway strategies, conversion optimization, and growth in GMV and followers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze livestream performance fluctuations and adjust strategies accordingly.
