Brightform is a TikTok Shop Partner agency. We run TikTok Shop end to end for brands across Europe, acting as their Merchant of Record and managing everything from affiliate and creator programmes to shop operations and GMV growth.
We're building out our French market and looking for an Account Manager in Paris to own client delivery.
What you'll do
You'll be the day to day owner of a portfolio of brand clients. That means:
- Running each client's TikTok Shop performance and being accountable for their GMV targets
- Building and managing creator and affiliate programmes, briefing creators and tracking what converts
- Owning the client relationship: weekly check ins, reporting, and being the person they trust to flag problems before they become problems
- Coordinating internally across ops, content and the wider team to get campaigns live and shops running cleanly
- Spotting growth levers in the data and turning them into a plan the client actually signs off on
What we're looking for
- 2 plus years in account management, e-commerce, social commerce or agency client services
- Fluent French and strong English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with numbers. You can read a performance dashboard, build a simple forecast and explain to a client why GMV moved
- Organised under pressure. You'll juggle several clients and a lot of moving parts
- Direct communicator who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told
Nice to have
- Hands on experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing or the creator economy
- A second European language (German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish)
- Background working with consumer brands
