Trade Counter Sales Assistant – BUILDING CUSTOMER SUCCESS. Dublin 22
At the heart of every well-run site is a reliable supply chain – and that’s where our Trade Counter Assistants come in. You’ll be part of a close-knit branch team, supporting contractors, builders, and installers by providing the materials they need to get the job done.
- Running a busy trade counter, you’ll be the first point of contact for contractors – offering expert advice, upselling products, and processing orders quickly and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with regular trade customers through outstanding service, product knowledge, and a can-do attitude.
- Picking and loading materials for delivery using our state of the art vans – ensuring safe, timely drops to site.
- Keeping the branch looking professional, well-stocked, and compliant with health & safety standards.
- Supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations including stock control, deliveries, and showroom presentation.

- Experience in a trade counter, builders’ merchant, or construction environment is ideal.
- A practical, hands-on mindset with the drive to get stuck in and support your team.
