For the expansion of our staff, we are looking for one Trade & Retail Marketing.

The candidate will support the coordination of the company’s global retail and commercial activities. This position involves large-scale plans and activations for new and core product assortment, increasing brand awareness and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

To adapt and execute global marketing strategy effectively and innovatively suitable for the international markets to create awareness and demand for the brand.

To ensure perfect brand execution of all brand initiatives through all B2B & B2C touch points (360 new launches / KCPs and animations)

To review and influence market trade and marketing plans.

To ensure retail excellence and implementation of global merchandising strategy.

To utilize established connections in relevant communities of retailers, partners, socialites and/or KOL relations to advance specific trade activities or client programs.

To work with the global team and relevant internal departments to improve brand´s approach in B2C, B2B, and B2E communication.

To support every local market for the Trade & Retail marketing activations, coordinating all local partners & activities.

To collaborate with the Global Marketing on developing and executing event strategy in primary retail locations.

To ensures alignment and cohesive in-store presentation for new launches, planograms, in-store event ideas, etc.

To align cross-functions on specific market needs in terms of assets and initiatives.

To present fresh ideas & campaigns and constantly work on a strong media network consolidation.

To identify and pursue opportunities for organic and new business growth as a global brand.

To Identify logical extensions of national programs into scalable, customizable National and Regional opportunities.

To work with agencies to drive the timely and effective delivery and execution of programs.

To consolidate new launch feedbacks (what worked / didn’t work / what is possible) and feedback the multi-functional teams.

To interact with the sales team and to conduct regular market insight analysis to keep current on market trends, proactively making program recommendations to optimize opportunities and mitigate threats.

To monitor commercial readiness, propose mitigation plan, and escalated if needed.

To facilitate and own the development, timing, and execution of all global POS, sampling initiatives, creative asset delivery to the partners & marketing teams, working cross-functionally with necessary departments of Global Marketing, Creative, and Operations.

To identify opportunities for localized activations and all levers needed for activation.

To allocate competitive reference in the marketplace, develop and prepare creative briefs detailing the objectives, competitive landscape…
