Core Responsibilities
- Travel extensively to represent Blu Pepper, The Workshop Studio, and JOA at trade shows in Las Vegas, New York, Chicago and more! (setup, breakdown, and sales)
- Increase sales by presenting collections, scanning orders, and building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain and grow account relationships by introducing new products and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare for trade shows, including coordinating samples, packing, and booth setup.
- Follow up on orders, adjustments, and customer requests post-show.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently present and answer questions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Travel Expectations
- Attend approximately 1–2 trade shows per month (season-dependent)
- Travel up to ~25–40% annually
- Peak seasons may include back-to-back shows
- All travel is planned in advance, with expenses covered
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field a plus).
- Previous apparel trade show or wholesale sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage accounts effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Comfortable with extensive travel (trade show circuit).
- Computer proficiency (experience with order entry systems is a plus).
- Familiarity with apparel and fashion terminology.

This role offers a clear path for advancement within the wholesale team, with opportunities to grow into Account Executive and senior sales roles as you build your accounts and performance.
Pay: $41,600.00 – $52,000.00 per year
