For our client company we are looking for a figure of:
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Contract type:the contract will be aligned based on work experience, maximum 28.000€.
Place of work:Milano
What will you be in charge of?
We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist. You will be in charge of continuous interactions with our partners in Italy, focusing on the booking process of the services and activities included in our travelers’ trips.
You will:
coordinate with the Sales Specialists to deliver a stellar experience to our travelers;
book accommodations, transportation and activities;
establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners;
provide prompt and timely communication with clients;
as we are a startup, flexibility is at the heart of our culture. In addition, creative thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and team spirit are a must for the role. You are eager to learn and committed to helping travelers fall in love with Italy.
What requirements are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus and highly valued);
full business proficiency of Italian and English (a third language is a plus);
1+ years of work experience. Experience in the travel industry is a plus and highly valued;
proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite;
passionate about travel: whether you have previous work experience or you are a seasoned traveler, you have to really be in love with what we do;
customer-oriented: you enjoy interacting with customers, listening to their needs and doing your best to satisfy them;
committed: you are ready to go above and beyond for our travelers;
