Position Overview:
Are you passionate about fashion and enjoy meeting new people? We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Traveling Women’s Clothing Retail Associate. In this exciting role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to travel to various 55+ RV parks and independent living facilities within the Phoenix Metro area, as well as occasional overnight trips to Tucson, Oro Valley, Green Valley, Show Low, and Payson.
As a Traveling Retail Associate, you’ll be responsible for setting up our women’s mobile retail store at a new location each day, engaging with customers, assisting them with their clothing selections, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your role is vital in helping our customers look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with selecting and trying on clothing items, providing personalized styling advice and excellent customer service.
– Transport racks of clothing in and out of a trailer at various locations across Arizona.
– Operate a cash register to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Organize clothing inventory on racks to maintain a clean and attractive display.
– Set up a room layout for efficient shopping, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for customers.
– Assist with organizing and coordinating fashion shows at select locations.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company’s brand values at all times.
Qualifications:
– Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
– Ability to roll and move racks of clothing weighing up to 200 pounds.
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
– Comfortable using a cash register and handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy and organized retail space.
– Flexibility to travel outside the Phoenix metro area to various locations within Arizona, sometimes overnight.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
– Must be able to work Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays as needed (no Sundays are required).
– Must be able to travel to new locations throughout Arizona.
