About The RoleThe Consignment team at Vestiaire Collective provides VIP customers with an unparalleled white-glove selling service. We handle everything from at-home collections, copywriting, photography, price management, storage, and shipping on behalf of our clients. We are seeking a UK Consignment Team Lead to help drive and elevate the UK business and lead the regional team. This role requires a leader who can work autonomously, foster and maintain strong client relationships, and stimulate both new and repeat business. This role will be based in London.

As the UK Consignment Team Lead, you will own and manage a private client book of top VIP clients, ensuring a steady flow of the highest quality luxury goods. You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision for the region, including event planning and business development initiatives. You will oversee all touchpoints, provide coaching and mentorship to team members- ensuring they meet sales targets. You will be responsible for helping make commercial decisions around our entire offering – including the service, the brands and products.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cultivate and expand relationships with top-tier VIP clients, leveraging your private client book to enhance retention, increase repeat deposits, and drive sales

Represent the brand during at-home appointments with clients, curating their luxury goods and offering expert guidance,

Contribute to the strategic vision for the UK region by driving activations, referral campaigns, events, and business development plans to fuel growth

Ensure the UK team achieves volume targets- ensuring we capture the best high quality luxury goods in the market

Demonstrate a profound understanding of the luxury market, including customer needs and extensive fashion trend knowledge

Manage and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a superior client experience. Use client feedback to make strategic decisions.

Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles and meet sales targets

Attend and run local in person activations to help build our brand presence in the region and acquire new sellers. Represent the brand during at-home appointments with top clients, curating their luxury goods and offering expert guidance

Optimize clients’ catalog to ensure rapid and successful sales. Monitor GMV and Sell Through for the region based on seasonality, brand, supply quality etc

Exceed targets by effectively managing your time and appointment schedule

Who You Are

6+ years of professional experience in luxury retail or customer-facing luxury roles, with a strong track record of success

Experienced manager helping teams towards hitting sales targets
