Job Responsibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and individual customers.
Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations and solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand our market reach.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows and events to promote our brand and products.
Collaborate with marketing team to ensure effective event promotion and branding.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in marketing, event management or related field.
High Proficiency in Malay and English
At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Comfortable wearing tudung and representing our brand authentically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in administrative tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-oriented mindset required, with commission-based compensation structure.
