Responsibilities Include
Care for your clients:
Provide a compassionate environment with deep product and protocol knowledge
Complete treatments in 30 minutes
Record client notes during each treatment
Deliver personalized skincare treatments including extractions, dermaplaning, LED therapy, etc.
Explain treatment steps and benefits to clients
Educate clients on products and at-home routines
Achieve or exceed monthly product sales targets
Care For Our Team
Provide feedback to management
Collaborate with colleagues to improve the client experience
Complete treatment room checklists and log inventory
Participate in onsite/offsite events
Requirements
Valid state Esthetics or Cosmetology License
At least 1 year experience in a busy spa/salon
Maintain a monthly product sales average of $1,000
Enjoy hospitality and client interactions
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Full-time or part-time availability as specified
Strong understanding of salon policies and standards
Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
Passion for beauty and skincare
Established clientele is a plus
