We are a growing children’s clothing e-commerce company looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Shuwaikh. If you are passionate about customer experience and fashion, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely response
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to resolve order issues
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed
Requirements
- Visa 18 (Ahli)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Previous experience in the fashion industry
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English – spoken and written)
- Well-spoken and professional attitude
- Hardworking and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Can use Shopify
- Can commute to Shuwaikh under own expense
- Experienced in wrapping gifts
