Store Supervisor – Mashpee, MA
The Store Supervisor supports in leading daily store operations, driving sales, developing associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a hands-on leader who helps achieve store performance goals while representing the Charleston Shoe Company brand and values.
- Store hours 10:00-6:00 Monday-Thursdays, 10:00-7:00 PM Friday and Saturdays, and Sundays 12:00-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Support daily store operations and help achieve sales goals.
Lead and coach associates in customer service, sales, inventory management, cash handling, and operational procedures.
Develop team members through training, feedback, and performance coaching.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
Assist with visual merchandising, store presentation, and inventory accuracy.
Support local brand awareness through community and business outreach.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and legal requirements.
Act as a role model by demonstrating Charleston Shoe Company’s values and culture.
Preferred Qualifications
1–2 years of retail supervisory or leadership experience.
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales associates.
Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in sales-driven retail environments preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong sales and clienteling skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and retail technology.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
