THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of a growing business within the fashion accessories, lifestyle, jewelry and gifting industry? We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven US Sales Manager to spearhead our Wholesale goals and drive growth in the US market for our Katie Loxton and A Littles & Co brands.

As the US Wholesale Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our US sales strategy, collaborating closely with our UK based Wholesale team to ensure seamless execution and remarkable results. You will make an impact by leading, inspiring, and motivating our sales team both internally and externally, guiding them towards the achievement of ambitious sales targets and goals.

You will be the driving force behind the running and success of our US showrooms and events by actively attending, supporting and meticulously tracking seasonal sales events to ensure we’re hitting sales targets and growing our brand presence within the local market. With your keen eye for opportunity, you’ll constantly seek out ways to elevate brand awareness and drive sales growth, working with our internal teams globally to turn vision into action.

As our US Sales Manager, you’ll be obsessed with our product offerings and USPs, relishing every opportunity to showcase and sell our collections to key customers.

You will be based at our Head Quarters in Mooresville, North Carolina 3 days a week on average, flexing up to full weeks based on business needs with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. You will be actively participating in shows and events, meaning travel is required for this role.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

Working with the global Wholesale team and Directors to establish a clear commercial sales strategy for the US market to maximise wholesale revenue

Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report that showcase performance and highlight opportunities, presenting key findings and solutions

Working with Sales Agents on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting company targets including; sales, retention and growth

Ensuring we have good coverage across US, making sure we are stocked in the right stores, with the best placement and product presentation

Proactively working with global teams across the UK and US office to promote best practice, share US findings and increase sales

Overseeing all sales processes to ensure we are maximising sales at every touchpoint; over the phone, emails at shows, on the website etc

Monitoring and tracking weekly, monthly, seasonal and yearly performance, through delivering relevant reports and reviewing data, reporting opportunities or risks to key stakeholders

Tracking and analysing sales for all events and shows, sharing feedback on collections to the global Wholesale and Product Design team
