Programme Overview:
The Valiram Management Associate Programme (VMAP) is an 18-month accelerated development programme designed for fresh graduates ready to hit the ground running. Through a rotational structure across key business functions such as Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR and more, you'll gain a 360° view of how a leading luxury and lifestyle retail group operates — from the shop floor to the boardroom.

Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.20, WAM of 70%, or Second-Class Upper (Honours) – or equivalent.
- Open to all nationalities (terms and conditions apply for non-Malaysians)
- 0-2 years of full-time work experience
