Start Date: 09/24
Main Role and Responsibilities:
• Assisting with all operations related to the building and organization of the day to day activities of the foundation
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks
• Assisting staff with programming events and workshops
• Assisting the curatorial team with exhibition production
• Mediation of the exhibition and contact with visitors
• Welcome and register visitors
• Manage mailings related to information about the Bally Foundation
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint) is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on various projects simultaneously
• Accuracy, attention to detail, reliability and flexibility are essential
• Interest into cultural activities with a focus on contemporary art
• Proficiency in English and Italian. German, French or another language would be a plus.
