Position Summary

The Vice President, Luxury will serve as the chief architect for Delta Faucet Company’s luxury segment, driving brand, sales and product strategy and overall customer experience. This broad role is strategic in nature and is accountable for the luxury segment performance. As a member of DFC’s leadership team, the incumbent will have full P&L responsibility ensuring profitable growth. Through direct accountability and working with cross functional colleagues in a matrix structure this position will be accountable for advancing the company’s position in the luxury plumbing market through a collection of brands, products, and overall customer experience. The incumbent will be a strong business leader and change agent.

Responsibilities:

Provide vision, direction, and go-to market strategies for the segment to drive above market growth and maximize profitability.

Optimize position and increase share of existing brands in the segment, while building out a broader portfolio over time.

Build a pipeline for organic and inorganic growth opportunities and develop integration roadmaps to maximize full potential.

Collaborate across the organization to design and implement a strong product and service offering.

In partnership with HR, cultivate a winning team comprised of top talent.

Champion clear priorities and collaborate with peers to drive results – product, channel sales and marketing, finance, supply chain, operations, human resources, etc.

Support and drive process improvement towards outstanding operational effectiveness and commercial excellence, promoting the Masco Operating system (MOS).

Act as a strategic leader for Delta Faucet Company.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related area; Masters preferred.

Significant leadership experience building and running operational and commercial functions of a profitable, growth-oriented business. Fashion plumbing and/or luxury experience is preferred.

Extensive experience and thought leader in strategic planning, data analysis, channel management, sales, product portfolio management and change management.

Demonstrated successful P&L leadership

Demonstrated ability to affect positive change through organizational alignment in a highly matrixed environment is required, including experience leading a cross-functional team with and without direct reporting accountability.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with external partners and customers.

Dual citizen within Delta and Masco, working across business units to find opportunities to benefit the overall enterprise.

Travel up to 40% is required.

Hiring Range: $183,800.00 – $288,750.00 with additional opportunity for short and long-term incentive compensation.
