Responsibilities：
1. As the head of supply chain & sourcing, formulate medium- and long-term strategic plans and annual implementation plans based on the development strategies of the relevant business segments(the lithium battery, recycling, and energy storage business);
2. Establish a system for supplier development, evaluation, and maintenance, construct a diversified global supplier network, and continuously optimize the overall stability and competitiveness of the supply chain;
3. Lead the cost reduction of the supply chain and optimize procurement costs through cost analysis, business negotiations, and other methods;
4. Responsible for the talent pipeline development of the supply chain team, and formulating training and assessment mechanisms.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Over 10 years of supply chain & Sourcing-related work experience, including over 5 years of experience as a senior supply chain & Sourcing executive in a large new energy company;
3. Familiar with the new energy industry chain, with supply chain & sourcing experience in lithium battery and recycling, energy storage sectors;
4. Possess excellent business negotiation, interpersonal communication, and team management skills;
5. Familiar with domestic and international procurement compliance requirements and ESG standards, with a strong sense of compliance management;
