We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee a large, multi-region store organization across North America. This executive will lead regional field leadership, store operations, visual merchandising, and store construction while helping shape the next phase of store growth, fleet optimization, and customer experience.
The Opportunity
- Lead an organization of more than 300 stores across three regions.
- Support planned growth of 5–10 new stores annually over the next five years.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to drive operational consistency, international expansion, and long-term store strategy.
- Lead approximately 6–7 direct reports across field leadership, operations, visual merchandising, and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across the full store fleet.
- Elevate the customer and employee experience through strong field leadership and execution.
- Build leadership capability, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
- Support store growth, fleet optimization, and an evolving real estate and operations strategy.
- Serve as a visible, engaged leader and ambassador for the brand and culture.
Required Background
- Must have direct experience leading a retail fleet of more than 300 stores. Candidates without this scale of leadership experience will not be considered.
- Proven success leading large, multi-region retail organizations.
- Strong balance of strategic leadership and operational excellence.
- Experience in specialty retail, fashion, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands strongly preferred.
- Dynamic, high-energy leadership style with a track record of creating followership and developing talent.
