Job Overview
Responsible for the overall coordination of the company's supply chain management, formulating supply chain development plans, optimizing procurement, logistics, and inventory management systems, coordinating supply chain resources, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the supply chain, and supporting the company's sustainable development.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's supply chain development plan and annual work plan.
Coordinate procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the supply chain.
Establish and improve supply chain management systems and workflows to improve supply chain operational efficiency.
Responsible for supplier development, evaluation, and maintenance of cooperative relationships, continuously optimizing the supplier system.
Coordinate resources in all aspects of procurement, logistics, and warehousing to ensure timely product delivery.
Drive supply chain cost optimization and improve overall supply chain operational efficiency.
Responsible for the construction and daily management of the supply chain team.
Maintain customer and partner relationships and coordinate solutions to supply chain-related issues.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 20 years of cumulative work experience. Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience.
Familiar with procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to coordinate and drive various supply chain tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software.
Conscientious and responsible with excellent professional ethics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international or cross-border supply chain management is preferred.
Experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry supply chain is preferred.
