What You’ll Do
Identify, target, and acquire new VIP clients to build a strong and valuable portfolio
Drive consistent monthly growth in client submissions and stock acquisition
Proactively network, leveraging industry connections, events, and referrals to attract high-value clients
Nurture and develop relationships with new clients to secure long-term engagement and repeat business
Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders
Actively seek and implement feedback to optimize outreach and engagement tactics
Communicate blockers and challenges effectively, ensuring timely support and solutions
Maintain and optimise client catalogues to maximise sales performance
Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and representing Vestiaire’s values in every client interaction
Exceed targets by effectively managing your time and appointment schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in luxury sales, business development, personal shopping, or a client-facing luxury role
Proven track record in acquiring and retaining high-net-worth clients
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive and proactive approach
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with an established luxury client network or the ability to build one quickly
Deep knowledge of the luxury industry, market trends, and client expectations
Autonomous, target-driven, and comfortable working in a results-oriented environment
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in G-Suite, Salesforce, CRM, and other relevant digital tools
