The Role
Reporting to the Founder & CEO the VIP Style Advisor, Private Client role is a key connection to the client. This is a sales role that will grow and manage the relationships of our private client database.
Responsibilities
You have an established network of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment to develop the Atelier’s private client database including both clients and personal shoppers. You will map out how to build the private client database in London.
You will manage the CRM of your clients to inform them of new collections, invite them to events and nurture the path to ale.
You will assist in the planning and execution of trunkshows and assist clients with their purchase on site.
You will have total knowledge of the products, brand and who the private client is, proactively seeking to grow awareness and garner leads.
You will show entrepreneurship in developing strategies to maximise sales with your clients.
You will take initiatives and combine a strategic and spontaneous approach will be key for building a strong and personalised client relationship.
Propose an action plan to attract clients to book private appointments and attend trunkshows.
Offer the ultimate client ‘concierge’ service at all times, nurturing relationships and welcoming them to the Gallello family and our community.
Ideal Candidate
Established network, mainly local, and trusted advisor of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment
Personal shopping or retail equivalent experience working with VIPs.
Demonstrated track record of acting as a contributing member for a sales team
Very strong and thoughtful personal relations skills with clients as well as team members.
What Gallello Atelier Can Offer You
Base compensation and 15% commission on all sales with your clients
This is a part-time role with a focus on nurturing a client base in London. There is opportunity to travel to our top markets to manage and build our sales teams in region, GCC, South Korea, and The US.
