Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (20 hours per week) during the client’s business hours, UK time
Key Responsibilities
Product Listings: Create and optimize jewellery product listings on platforms like Amazon and Etsy.
Inventory Management: Oversee jewellery stock levels, ensure timely restocks, and manage suppliers.
Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment, track shipments, and handle returns.
Photography & Descriptions: Liaise with photographers or assist in creating high-quality product images and detailed descriptions.
Pricing & Promotions: Set competitive pricing for jewellery items and run sales/promotions when applicable.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch support for jewellery-related orders.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts for jewellery products across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
SEO & Marketing: Implement SEO strategies for product listings, assist in running social media campaigns, and manage email marketing.
Quality Control: Ensure the jewellery products meet quality standards before shipment.
Requirements
Previous experience managing jewellery or eCommerce (preferably with Amazon FBA).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO strategies for eCommerce.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
