Overview
Join our team as a dual-threat creative and administrative lead, where you will be responsible for showcasing luxury timepieces to a global audience. You’ll manage the end-to-end listing process—from photo enhancement to platform management—ensuring our brand remains a leader in the e-commerce watch market.
Schedule
Part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling and required overlap with the UK time zone.
Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance product photographs of watches to ensure they are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards
- Upload watch listings to the company website following the established format, including descriptions and pricing details
- Create and manage product listings on eBay and other sales platforms to maximise stock visibility
- Prepare and issue invoices and valuations accurately and in a timely manner
- Support social media efforts by assisting with content and maintaining an active online presence
- Perform general administrative tasks to support day-to-day business operations
Requirements
- Experience with basic photo editing and image enhancement
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing management
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across listings and administrative documents
- Excellent written communication skills for product descriptions and client-facing documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training
- Reliable and well-organised with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads
