Visual Experience Manager
Summary
LHH is seeking a Visual Experience Manager for our client in the beauty and lifestyle brand space. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of visual creative assets across multiple marketing channels. The Creative & Visual Manager will ensure brand consistency, manage creative workflows, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality visual materials that support brand and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of visual concepts across print, digital, and in-store channels
- Own creative workflows from brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and external partners to execute seasonal and campaign-driven initiatives
- Maintain and enforce brand standards across all visual outputs
- Review and coordinate creative approvals internally and with external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Create presentation materials for internal and external meetings as needed
- Support production processes by coordinating with vendors and monitoring deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative design, visual management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a similar discipline
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Demonstrated experience managing creative projects from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Highly organized with strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of visual and brand-driven work required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100-$110,000
