– Conceptualize and create a stunning social media visual for one of our fashion brands. Masterfully create, edit and resize a video for another one of our other brands’ D2C website and adapted to varied ratios across all the major Indian marketplaces. Collaborate and work with brand managers to conceptualize a visual direction for a performance marketing campaign for the month. Work with the shoot team and studio partner to art direct a fun seasonal campaign shoot. Partner with the UX/UI team to work on an engaging wireframe framework for a D2C website. – TMRW is looking for a highly creative and experienced visual leader who will be responsible for producing engaging, revenue-driving creatives, across a variety of D2C websites, e-commerce marketplaces, products, channels, and mediums. You should have a relentless desire to delight through your visuals, whether static or video, real time or AI generated. We are looking for a creative visionary who will lead a team of equally enthusiastic and creative junior graphic designers and motion graphics editors in deadline-driven environment.

– A team leader and player, you must have the innate ability to translate creative briefs and concepts in to customer-centric and brand-focused visuals that elevate brand experience and generate growth. As a graphic artist you possess the powers to stay flexible, proactively adapt and propose alternate creative solutions to complex problems. You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate design choices.

– You are relentless when it comes to tracking competition, scouting all sources for visual references and inspirations and offering best-in-class options. Proven experience and expertise across e-commerce and consumer marketing space in D2C brands, AV, print, social and experiential creative advertising and marketing initiatives (paid media and performance marketing assets, email, website) is a must.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Collaborate to deliver quality, on-brand creatives and visuals for a superior customer experience and help drive revenue growth for our business across all digital channels

– Ideate and partner with internal POCs like the social media manager and the brand manager and external agency partners to execute flawless marketing campaign assets, promotional materials, and creatives

– Partner with shoot agencies to art direct and plan catalogue, campaign and digital shoots

– Work with marketing team to create product-design based collaterals like packaging inserts, flyers, packaging designs

– Consistently raise the bar for creative development and execution

– Support your designs using insights including quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and feedback

– Ensure all projects are completed within identified timelines and budgets. Work with your directs to increase efficiencies and output for each member, including your own.

– Develop conceptual detailed visual mock-ups and presentations to communicate high-level visual strategies

– Perform shared tasks and activities required to ensure Creative Team functionality and output including managing incoming briefs and requests, updating SOPs and guidelines, and procuring visual tools. Provide and manage visual documentation and processes for your team.
