Objectives:
To support in building the brand image of CELINE in Greater China, with a primary focus on Hong Kong and Macau store network, implementing and continuously reinforcing the visual merchandising standards set by the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBIITIES:
Assist the boutiques on the outside and inside visual merchandising.
Support Visual Merchandising Directive trainingworkshops on seasonal merchandising and product display guidelines in Hong Kong and Macau.
Conduct shop visits and work to ensure that VM guidelines are followed to maintain a global brand image.
Support implementation of seasonal themes (in store display).
Works with Boutiques’ staff to ensure and maintain the boutique care: clean, tidy, on the inside and outside.
Responsible for global bi-weekly VM photo reports for HQ
Execute on displays created for special projects/events.
Work closely with the Headquarters Visual Merchandising department for the implementation of the seasonal décor and the needs for HK and Macau as well as VM props/tools support globally.
Train on visual merchandising the Boutiques’ staff.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
3+ years previous experience as Visual Merchandiser in a leading Fashion/Luxury Goods retail brand
BA in Fashion/Design, Fine Arts or Architecture.
Creative and expert in fashion trends.
Organized and details oriented with a strong commercial sense.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Excellent spatial awareness to deal with the different aspects of merchandising
Fluent English.
Computer Literate with Excel skills.
