About the job

Make an impact utilising your exceptional Visual Merchandiser Coordinator skills. You will be responsible for implementing and adapting VM guidelines from Global to Local Market from our Head Office based in Brookvale on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Manage all VM activities for Fossil Australia’s Retail, Concession, Department Store and Wholesale POS.

Plan and strategise local implementation of seasonal floorset, brand launch and promotion.

Plan and execute seasonal visual change overs for all Fossil Group brands in accordance to global guidelines in ANZ markets.

Management of 3rd Party VM.

Provide VM guidance and training to local sales and store teams.

Coordinate between sales team and local vendor for all VM installations.

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising

Computer proficiency with knowledge of relevant software – Illustrator & Photoshop, MS Office and Google Suite

Proven experience in a similar role

Strong project management experience in a cross functional set up

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, passion and interest in design and fashion.

Effective communication and training skills.
