Job Purpose
Responsible for implementing the operational executive of visual displays within the general parameters of Chanel’s international marketing policy for Fashion Division.
Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with cross function in Fashion Division for all practical necessities:
- Visual display tools management
- Display set up in all fashion categories
- Other relevant display support
- Placing orders for VM needs
- To work with Retail team to have overall responsibility for the upkeep and performance of their respective boutique.
- To provide a high level of creative support service to achieve the objectives of the business.
- To maintain all windows and in-store displays of Chanel products at their optimal creative level within Chanel’s parameters and commensurate with Chanel’s image guideline.
- To help training boutique staff to maintain approved displays.
- To execute and adapt theme displays as received from Paris instruction.
- To ensure all display accessories and tools are maintained at the highest level of quality and condition.
- To be available to create, according to management objectives special event and retail needs, within boutiques, as and when required.
- To provide general hints and guidelines, and support at all Company special functions, as required, including marketing plans, exhibitions, jewellery events, press, client events and social functions.
- Other tasks which the management may reasonably request from time to time in the general field of visual display and window-dressing.
Person Specifications
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- University graduates
- Major in Fashion related fields will be a plus
- Well knowledge on computer graphic software such as 2D in Photoshop / Illustrator etc. and 3D a plus.
- Capability to make graphic simulation
Work Experience
- Knowledge of the retail market
- Minimum 2 years work experience in VM
Required Competencies
- Good analysis skills
- Ability to control stock level and manage buying tools & administrations efficiently
- Good interpersonal communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skill
- Willing travel for business within Taiwan boutiques
- Early working hours shift
