We are looking for Visual Merchandiser who want to live and work in Australia/ Europe/ Middle East or UK under Work and PR Visa.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product categories, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
Designing and arranging store displays, window displays, product showcases, and signage to attract customers and promote merchandise effectively.
Coordinate with design team for new product development as per customer requirement.
Creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales.
Arrange merchandise according to established guidelines and seasonal trends.
Managing budgets for visual merchandising projects, including expenses related to materials, props, signage, and other necessary resources.
Working closely with store staff, product designers, marketing teams, and vendors to coordinate visual merchandising efforts and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Providing guidance and training to store staff on visual merchandising techniques, product presentation standards, and brand guidelines.
Ensuring that merchandise is presented in an organized and visually appealing manner, including proper placement, arrangement, and grouping of products.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders for raw materials and supplies as needed to meet production demands.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications:
Degree in Designing, visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, retail management, marketing, graphic design, or a related field can be beneficial.
Minimum 3 years experience
Strong creative skills are essential for developing visually appealing displays and layouts
Visual merchandisers must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that displays are well-organized, aesthetically pleasing, and effectively communicate the brand’s message.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting design briefs, and presenting visual concepts to stakeholders.
