We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and elevate our brand’s visual storytelling across both in-store and digital platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong leadership qualities, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate will bring regional exposure—particularly within European markets—and must be willing to travel monthly to oversee regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s identity and drive commercial success.
Oversee the conceptualization and execution of in-store displays, window designs, layout planning, and digital merchandising initiatives.
Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all retail environments.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of visual merchandisers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Design and deliver training programs to build team capabilities and ensure high performance.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail operations, and product teams to align visual merchandising with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
Innovation & Trend Forecasting
Stay abreast of global retail and design trends, integrating new ideas such as digital displays and interactive elements.
Continuously explore and test creative concepts to enhance the overall customer experience.
Regional Oversight & Travel
Conduct monthly store visits across regional markets, with a primary focus on Europe, to ensure quality, consistency, and local market alignment.
Collaborate with regional teams to address market-specific merchandising requirements and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 7 years in visual merchandising within the retail apparel/fashion industry, including 4+ years in a leadership position.
Proven experience managing creative teams and executing impactful visual merchandising strategies at a regional or global level.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
High-level creative thinking with strong aesthetic and commercial judgment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
Languages
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of Arabic or European languages is a strong advantage.
