We are seeking a VISUAL MERCHANDISER based in MILAN.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adapt visual merchandising guidelines to suit each market within your area of responsibility
Communicate effectively and clearly with your supervisor and retail contacts
Convey the importance of visual merchandising to boutiques and share updates with Store Managers and Team Managers
Maintain consistency with the company’s image through regular communication via chat
Provide support to the Head Office VM team, showroom, and wholesale and outlet teams
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within the Fashion/Luxury industry
Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with the luxury world
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels and functions
Excellent organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility, and creativity
Speed and accuracy in execution
Availability for frequent business trips.
