Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Coordinator professional to support the creation, management, and distribution of monthly Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines across more than 1,000 retail locations. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong graphic design expertise, exceptional project management skills, and experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and distribute monthly Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines for over 1,000 stores across multiple retail formats.
  • Manage approximately 22+ LensCrafters guideline versions and 10 For Eyes guideline versions each month.
  • Coordinate all monthly store marketing materials and visual merchandising directives.
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and relocations by preparing updated merchandising guidelines, graphics checklists, and related materials.
  • Assist in developing new merchandising guidelines and supporting documentation for special projects and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the props checklist and own the prop catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage a high volume of associate-facing documents while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and support evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Marketing Operations, or a related field, preferably within a multi-brand retail environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience creating and managing high-volume documentation for retail or corporate communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 2D and 3D renderings.
  • Understanding of retail marketing and visual merchandising best practices.
  • Experience supporting store openings, remodels, and merchandising rollouts.
