ZIMMERMANN is excited to share an opportunity to join our Retail Visual Merchandising Team as theVisual Merchandising Coordinator – AU.This is full-time position based at our Head Office in Rosebery, NSW.
Reporting to the VM Manager – AU, the Visual Merchandising Coordinator – AU will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team, to coordinate and execute the Visual Merchandising Guidelines for Zimmermann Concessions (David Jones) and Outlets.
Broad areas of responsibility include:
To collaborate with the VM Manager Australia on the creation and execution of VM directives, specifically for Australian concessions (David Jones) and Outlets.
Support with the creation of VM training content and new initiatives for the Australian region.
To have a strong instore presence, to be a well-respected support to the Retail teams in maintaining visual merchandising.
An elevated level of visual merchandising is executed consistently to meet Brand expectations.
To inspire and assist all retail teams to achieve sales in line with set targets through effective visual merchandising strategies.
To assist on the execution of the pilot store – in collaboration with VM Manager – Projects & New Markets implementing seasonal direction.
Coordinate the management of store presentation including but not limited to; cleanliness, lighting, scent, sound, music, flowers to support Retail teams in creating a luxurious client shopping experience.
To train, manage and develop retail team’s knowledge of Brand image & Expectations In collaboration with Global Visual Merchandising Team.
To regularly communicate with Regional VM Managers, Regional and Store managers to provide feedback and together identify opportunities for further development of visual merchandising skills.

Proven management experience, confident to join the Australian Retail Leadership team.
Sound understanding of Microsoft and Adobe Suite.
