Fella and Jones are delighted to partner exclusively with a prestigious luxury brand seeking a highly motivated and creative Visual Merchandising Coordinator. If you have a passion for luxury retail, artistic flair, and a keen eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of this globally renowned brand.
As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the VM team, ensuring the consistency, quality, and sophistication of the VM plan rollout, and acting as an ambassador for the brand. Your responsibilities will include the implementation and maintenance of in-store merchandising, window installations, promotional displays, and events. Working closely with the VM Manager, you will contribute to the development of seasonal VM guidelines, ensuring a balanced and commercially successful in-store visual presence.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop floor plans and generate weekly and seasonal VM reports.
Create seasonal VM guidelines under the guidance of the VM Manager for all stores and concessions. Conduct and compile competitive market research for VM, events, activations, and in-store offered services.
Manage VM orders, dispatch, tracking and budget for all POSM.
Develop excellent relationships with retail partners, ensuring opportunities to promote the brand ore maximised.
Develop visual merchandising strategies to support the launch of new products and ranges.
Collaborate with retail teams to enhance standards and emphasize the importance of display maintenance.
Assist in the installation of window displays, including overnight and weekend work.
Implement floor moves with the VM Manager to launch new collections, seasonal stories, and promotional displays.
Assist in creating signage and lightbox imagery using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
Ideally you will have
· Experience using adobe suite, photoshop, indesign illustrator and CAD software
· A good understanding of current VM trends and methods
· Previous VM experience in a luxury environment.
High attention to detail and meticulousness in visual merchandising execution
Hands-on approach with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
