The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
As our Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you are a detail-oriented, operationally minded visual professional with a passion for brand consistency and creative execution. You support the Manager, Visual Merchandising in bringing our visual strategy to life across retail, wholesale, and shop-in-shop (SIS) channels. You are a collaborative team player who thrives on translating big-picture visual directives into clear, actionable guidance for store and field teams. You are proactive, and able to prioritize competing responsibilities while exercising sound judgment and managing projects with minimal supervision. You take ownership of your work, anticipate needs, and consistently drive projects forward. You are the day-to-day champion of our visual standards, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium quality and vibrancy of the Le Creuset brand.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
One Door Platform Management
Own the day-to-day execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of the One Door platform, Le Creuset’s visual merchandising platform, ensuring the system is accurate, current, and fully utilized by field and store teams.
Train store managers, field teams, and wholesale partners on One Door platform usage, best practices, and content navigation.
Store Communication & Field Support
Serve as a key point of contact for store and field teams on day-to-day visual merchandising questions and directives.
Train and coach store teams on brand visual standards and planogram execution.
Project & Administrative Support
Support the Visual Manager with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and timeline management for visual display, prop, and signage projects.
Coordinate the production and shipping of visual props, fixtures, and collateral to stores and field partners.
The Perfect Blend
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or a related field (premium, lifestyle, or specialty retail preferred).
Experience with visual merchandising platforms or retail task management tools; familiarity with One Door is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for brand aesthetics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate visual concepts into clear written directives.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools; experience with planogram software is a plus.
A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 15% nationwide.
