You will play a critical role in the visual merchandising evolution of the Versace brand for all channels of business: Boutiques, Outlet and Wholesale for the central region. You are a positive pro-active thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment while having the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Your fashion sensibilities and keen eye for an elevated aesthetic will contribute to the development of our in-store teams.

What You’ll Do:

IN OFFICE/REMOTE

Propose a travel schedule that allows virtual / in person visits in the Central region on a monthly rotation.

Create and submit individual monthly store visual merchandising reports for the Central region.

Work closely with corporate partners in support of company goals during campaigns.

Distribute seasonal visual merchandising guidelines to retail leadership, managers, and store teams.

Maintain inventory of visual merchandising tools and materials; work with manager in placement of store request orders of supplemental & new tools/props.

Organize and order store signage, decals, and promotional materials.

Create floorplans of in store product rotation aligning with product launch & markdown periods.

Coordinate installations of seasonal visual marketing campaigns in photographic reports.

IN STORE

Execute visual merchandising updates following seasonal brand guidelines for windows and interior displays.

Work with store managers in identifying areas of opportunity and provide/execute ideas to help achieve sales goals and product sell thru.

Collect images of inventoried visual merchandising materials & maintain an organized area within each store’s BOH.

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelors’ degree in Fashion Merchandising or equivalent work experience.

3-5+ years’ experience in visual merchandising OR a retail fashion environment.

Ability to work in office and remotely while traveling throughout the market.

Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft programs.

Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
