We are hiring a Visual Merchandising Production/Project Manager to join a top fashion brand in NYC. This freelance position will run for 5 months and will be hybrid in their NYC office.
- Pay Rate: $32/HR
Responsibilities:
- Provide distribution and mechanical files for production.
- Support seasonal campaign rollouts through rendering and versioning.
- Partner with North America, Global, and Sales teams on 2D strategy and timelines to create vendor distribution lists.
- Respond to and fulfill marketing field requests.
- Manage the development and organization of marketing briefs.
- Maintain and organize project details using Excel and internal tracking tools.
- Manage production timelines and coordinate asset delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Support the installation of graphics, window displays, and pop-ups, while overseeing quality control for installation and fabrication.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Visual Production, Marketing, and/or Creative Project Management with a focus on retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing marketing or creative production teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting short deadlines.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
